They left every poor whale they encountered alone until they finally ran into the Canadians.😢 Those people tracked down the unknown and stabbed it—basically murdered a helpless whale that hadn't even done anything to anyone.😠🙂🙂

They managed to Block its path to the open ocean... *crunch*

Gerald Rogers70 said:That fin looks just like a blue whale's. I mean, we're talking about the biggest creatures on the planet here.

They have a tendency to wander off course and end up drifting into the Atlantic.

If it resembles a blue whale, it’s almost certainly a bowhead whale. It's the closest relative to the blue whale—looks just like it, just slightly smaller, and they show up in the Atlantic more often than any other species.

Haven't you heard?
It’s a remote-controlled submarine... a genuine GE product... they're building a fleet to seize control of the Gulf Coast...😠

-Is this even worth commenting on? Wasted memory spent on this._

That definitely wasn't a whale, because if it were, the Canadians would have already held a national referendum to ban humpbacks from joining NATO.
Blocking their exit? Please. This thing probably drank half the ocean and ate every last bit of plankton in sight.

I once spotted a massive 450-pound catfish in my own bathtub!

Oh, please. It’s clearly just pure jealousy. You’re all just bitter because he hasn't had the chance to swim in your massive, endless blue ocean, yet here he is—with absolutely zero taste for elegance—wandering straight into our local swamp...🤣
P.S. It’s really not that deep.🙂

And you completely overlooked the most important part: how crystal clear it is!

I’m actually quite envious of your 9.3 miles coastlines.

There it is, supposedly even in Malibu!

Creatures that massive need plenty of food. Does this mean the northern Gulf of Mexico is actually nutrient-rich?

Yeah, mostly because of all the ballast water discharge.☕

Seriously, when are people going to grow up and stop falling for fairy tales?!
A monster spotted in Lake Superior
A Yeti sighted in the Himalayas
An honest politician in the US Congress
A whale in the Atlantic Ocean
Just a bunch of nonsense
Mod, can you please move this thread to "Fringe Science"...

granitepilot282 said:Please. A blue whale? Give me a break. Where would a blue whale even fit in a space that tiny? It’s just a common jellyfish. I guess they think it looks massive because their patch of the ocean is so small.😁

Don't let jealousy get to you.
At this rate, on your particular scale of hatred, someone might actually end up being more biased than a Mexican..
And we both know that wouldn't be you.

Creatures that massive need food. Can I conclude that the northern part of the Atlantic Ocean is rich in nutrients?

steelfox2 said:Yeah, mostly because of all the ballast water discharge.☕

Oh, absolutely. There's ballast water all across the Atlantic. Based on that brilliant comment, we should assume whales feed on nothing but ballast water in every ocean. It's simple: whales are just that lazy! They'd be lost without their supply of ballast water!

So, here is what ABC reported regarding that lost whale!

It’s not exactly professional; it feels a bit "showy," if you catch my drift.

Whales aren't feeding on ballast water across the entire Atlantic; that's only happening in the waters near Minnesota.😁
There isn't enough ocean there for them to get enough plankton. In the Minnesota part of the Atlantic, there's plenty of plankton, but zero room for it all to spread out.😬So, the whales have to supplement their diet with ballast.🤣😂

I honestly hope they end up eating every last fish in the ocean, just so we can start importing canned tuna to fill the void...

I don't know, man. I haven't heard anything about autopsies in the Atlantic, what are you guys even talking about? 😁
