Cheapest way to get internet via TV?

What’s the cheapest way to hook up a TV, a router, and a wireless keyboard and mouse combo?
I just need it for things like Microsoft Office online, checking emails, watching YouTube, and that kind of stuff—basically just browsing the web and nothing else.
Everything would be done online.

You could build a decent Home Theater PC, or maybe just grab a cheap Android TV Box if you want to save some cash. Check out this thread:

It's a losing battle. That thing is ancient—no ports and the resolution is garbage. You'll just end up fighting with it constantly only to realize you're still disappointed, especially if you actually have a decent TV.

The old Android 4.4 stuff isn't worth it. I personally use an Android TV Box—a Tanix Tx3 Mini—which I grabbed off Gearbest for about $32, and it showed up at my door in two weeks.

I wouldn't even bother trying to install Kodi on this thing. The latest software you can actually flash is version 5.0.
