Hard to start a new thread

My monitor is wobbling around like a curtain in a draft, even though there isn't any sunlight hitting it at six in the morning.

And what about those gaps in logic? It's just puff, puff, puff—tiny little holes being poked in your brain, and then what? 😳

I can't help but feel like someone might actually start hallucinating right after they take an antipsychotic. It seems like every antidepressant comes with that warning about increased suicide risk, and then you have all these other drugs that thin your blood. There's even one specific medication where sudden death is listed as a side effect.

That’s a bit of a predicament, I suppose.

Personally, I'd rather deal with some unknown hallucinations and just walk away; I don't know exactly why, but at least the guy who dies stays dead, and that's just... well, that's it.

Why on earth would you take antipsychotics? You don't have schizophrenia—don't go throwing those things around like candy.

It's a bit embarrassing, really. I was actually convinced I hadn't even sent the post and that the whole thing was just some strange dream. ...and here I was thinking I was just having a weird night myself.

Was that an antipsychotic reaction? Usually, I just get a bit dizzy or sleepy, but this is actually pretty interesting.

Anyway, thank God you're feeling better. I actually hopped back on here just to see if you’d posted anything. I've been following your updates for a while now, and what you said this morning really hit me the wrong way. As long as you're okay, that's what matters. Have you been on the Void for a while now?

I am honestly just floored by how casually she treats antipsychotics—acting like she can just pop them whenever she feels like it, almost like she's sucking on a pacifier or something. Can someone who actually knows their way around a pharmacy please explain to her just how dangerous it is to take medication that wasn't even prescribed for you in the first place?
Or maybe I’m just totally missing something here—maybe the heavy-duty brain chemistry stuff is completely harmless and we should just be handing it out to kids instead of candy 🙄

Is the issue really admitting you went overboard on the bourbon, just like you tell everyone else to do?

I’m certainly not out here handing out medical advice regarding brandy—where on earth would you get that idea? I suppose all I’m really saying is: just start drinking. Whether that means whiskey, coffee, an electrolyte drink, a beer, or even some prescription meds... well, that’s really your business, not mine.
