But here in the US, the championship game between the Los Angeles Dodgers and the New York Yankees only drew 6,000 fans. The stadium looked hauntingly empty. I’ve traveled through tons of different states, and every single time the national anthem played—or any other anthem for that matter—I stood up to show respect. It’s just basic decency and having some class.
And it feels like some people on this forum could really use a lesson in that...

Do you actually have proof she was left-handed? For all we know, she was just being stubborn or lazy—and honestly, you find plenty of people like that in those sections of the stadium where the game was held! 😍
If there had been a pro athlete sitting next to her, even a benchwarmer, or maybe a famous singer, I guarantee you she would've stood up. Those people always follow the rules. 🙄😁

Look, an anthem is an anthem, and honestly, ours is one of the most beautiful ones out there, but when you see people who are supposed to be just like you refusing to stand up for it, it makes it really hard for any decent person to show them even a shred of respect.
