Great idea—I’ll drop some copies off at the top-tier coffee shops, bakeries, and tea houses around town so the local crowd can get their hands on them. I might even bring some by the local yoga studio, too. Could you include a general cover letter with them? Just a simple inquiry to see if they’d be interested in placing an order. We’ll give away the first issue for free so they can pass it along to their regulars and members, but after that, they'll need to subscribe. Now, if you feel like making these is becoming a bit of a money pit, we could always just ask people to toss a few bucks into a donation fund or whatever you're using for the project as a way to show support. What do you think? Send me about 10 to 20 copies along with that letter, and I'll make copies of it myself—we'll see how much interest we actually get before moving forward.
