Is one-third of the population struggling with mental health issues?

A disorder isn't quite the same thing as an actual illness.
It’s pretty straightforward, I guess. I don't think we're seeing some massive spike in cases here, nor is this some huge deal; it just seems like we finally have better ways to classify things.
