I don't claim to know even a fraction of what you're going through, let alone half, but I can tell you're struggling with anxiety. It also seems to me that you've been mixing drugs with benzodiazepines and now you're wondering, "Have I lost my mind?" You haven't lost your mind, but you are on a fast track to turning your smaller struggles into massive ones by self-medicating with benzos and other substances. That was my intention in pointing this out—and maybe I added a bit of drama just to make the point hit home. You chose to interpret that however you wanted, seeing it as babbling or an insult, which wasn't my goal at all. And no, I'm not here to mess with people's mental health on this forum; I just want to help someone with a question whenever I can, based on the experience I've gathered over my years. I don't know everything, and I can certainly be wrong sometimes.
When I used the phrase "people like you," I wasn't trying to be derogatory. I was referring to people, specifically younger individuals facing challenges who, when they don't get the support they need, try to find their own way out through combinations of drugs, alcohol, and pills. They convince themselves they're fine, but they refuse to take advice to stop because those kinds of mixes don't heal anything—they actually cause serious illness.
p.s. Despite everything, I'm glad to hear you feel like you have some luck on your side.
