Does anyone happen to have a contact number for the band unknown?

I actually asked about this a few days ago, but nobody seemed to take me seriously🤷

So, about that boat—what was it doing there before...? What was the deal with that? Any chance you could track down a photo?
We decided to go with a classic Campanella-style cake, but I’d still love to have some kind of nautical theme or a little boat somewhere in the room.🤣

No way... I wanted someone to make one just like that too, but I don't have a picture.
😢 I saw it in person that day, so I know exactly what I mean.
I'm hoping for some crunchy praline on a sailboat.

I was also expecting a waaaaayyyyy higher price🙂
A friend of mine used a florist in unknown for her wedding—they didn't even do any of the hall decor—and I think she paid at least $833... but don't quote me on that... my memory is a little fuzzy on the details...

It still feels sketchy to me 😕...I'm still bracing myself for it to cost at least $1000 or even more...but man, I really hope I get a pleasant surprise instead😁

well, if you have money left over, feel free to chip in on my renovations too...
I actually told her I'd give her $4,000 if she does a great job.

That’s honestly what I’m budgeting for... especially since we still need to track down a venue...🤣
I'm actually going to swing by her place later today, so I'll check back in once I know more.

Does anyone have any other recommendations besides those places I mentioned... since I'm actually heading out today to hunt for a new flower pot somewhere😁
Basically, I need options covering the whole San Francisco-Oakland-San Jose area

Check out Iris (near Unknown), the skater (over on Unknown street), or Strelitzia (by that Unknown fast food joint)... I also heard the selection is decent at Walmart and Kroger.

Could someone walk me through how an "open bar" actually works at these kinds of venues?
I’m struggling to see the logic behind opting for an open bar if the wine, beer, and sodas are already unlimited. I assume there might be some loophole where guests could bring their own hard liquor, right? 🤷
Also, from a logistical standpoint, how do the hosts even verify if the guests actually consumed as much as the venue claims they did?
My apologies if this question feels a bit out of place in this particular thread...

Mary is gonna handle it too, and she said it’ll go down around $1667...
Last year she did my boyfriend's brother and charged them 7k...😉

Ugh, I still didn't manage to make it out to the flower shop today... I really meant to—I had it all planned out in my head—but then things just sort of spiraled and the day totally got away from me... such a bummer!🙄

Wait, what exactly does that "5" actually cover? I mean—is it just the base price, or are we talking about everything... like taxes, service fees, the whole nine yards? I always feel like there’s some hidden catch with these kinds of things—you think you're paying one amount and then suddenly you're looking at a receipt that looks like a phone number... anyway, I'm just curious! $0.00? 4 $0.00 I mean, I guess it’s still somewhat doable, but honestly... 5 just feels like way too much to me...🤷 Someone please feel free to set me straight if I've got this all wrong... I mean, this is my first time ever getting married, so I'm definitely still figuring things out...😁...

So, here’s a look at what flowers actually cost—this was back when I was getting married last year... just some average prices to give you an idea.
A bouquet went for about $167, the bridal table setup was roughly $167, and the wedding car was $133... plus, we did table arrangements at about $20 per piece...

Now, if you're looking to decorate the Church too—or maybe want some cute little arrangements for your house afterward—the total can easily jump up to $4,000-$1667... especially if you're dreaming of those fancy, lush designs and premium blooms...

My big piece of advice for all the brides out there? Seriously—go hit up a few different local florists and get multiple quotes. Prices can swing wildly from one shop to the next!

My own experience really proves that point... one florist wanted $267 just for my bouquet (it was these beautiful calla lilies wrapped in gold ribbon!) 😲, while another shop would have done it for only $117... so, hey, do whatever works for your budget!😉
