Everyone knows people around here don't really care that much—so if I were you, I'd just stick to English. Most folks in the States don't even know what a Pixel is... honestly, it's kind of a joke! placidranger, you're being a bit harsh—the guy is just trying to make a living and hasn't lost anything, so maybe take it down a notch?😵

I don't like you. Period.

Go ahead—keep selling those pixels if that's what you want—but let’s be clear: you understand business and marketing far less than I do (and I know my way around a balance sheet better than most Wall Street sharks).

By the way, creating clones just to back yourself up? That's a real power move right there. 👍 👍

Honestly, I have no clue who these guys even are... Actually, maybe I do—I’ve given so much unsolicited advice on this board over the years that maybe one of them just decided to swing by and show some support... Not like I was out there recruiting anyone or anything... 😕

You know what I was thinking might be a really smart move for you? It would be great if you could put together an English version of the site so people from all over the States and beyond can actually check it out! If you opened things up to an international audience, you’d probably see a huge jump in traffic... 👍

Anyone can peddle pixels if they try hard enough.

If you actually want to see someone selling total car destruction:
www.smashmyviper.com

And they even throw in those wrecked parts just for decoration.

That’s the kind of operation I can actually respect.😁

You’ve really polished up the layout here, and honestly, it gives the whole site such a much more professional vibe... just keep pushing forward and don't you dare give up now.🙂

I remember going back and forth with some guy once who was flipping pixels just like you. Turns out he wasn't even a solo act—he was basically a front for some company, working on their dime. Most likely just some college kid trying to scrape together extra cash for gas money...
Look, I don't want to go off on a tangent, but I'm looking at this and I don't see a single thing about your name, your address, or even a business name or LLC...
All you've got is an email and a personal bank account number...
If a client actually wants to pay for an ad, they need a real name to put on the transfer. Plus, most businesses are gonna demand an invoice from a legitimate entity so they can write it off with the IRS...
So, how exactly are you running this "business" of yours?

Look, I’ll be the first to admit—I haven't exactly been on top of my game with the prep work here... But when it comes to payments, I’m definitely sending invoices directly to the customers... And yeah, I know, I need to get the authors listed on the site... That part is still a work in progress... Plus, between school and everything else, I'm still just a high school kid, so I haven't really had the bandwidth to get all that "up there" yet.

That part's still in the works... Plus, since I'm still in high school, I just haven't had the time to get everything "up there" yet.

Look, that first admission right there? That's basically a roadmap for how to run a half-baked business.
Only a corporation, an LLC, or a registered sole proprietor can issue an invoice.
As just some random guy, you can't legally bill for anything—including those pixels you're trying to hawk!
Let’s say you sell 1,000 pixels to a company. They pay you $333 and you send them an invoice with your name on it. At the end of the year, that company submits your invoice to the IRS to lower their taxable income. The second the IRS sees that invoice, they're going to flag it as invalid because it was issued by a private individual who isn't even registered as a business or authorized to operate. Suddenly, the cops are knocking on your door, and the company you sold to gets hit with a massive fine and loses their tax deduction.
Even if you don't have your info on your site, you're incredibly easy to track down. I actually managed to find online that your name is probably Mario, you live in Sioux Falls, and you use Verizon. The IRS will find you just as easily as I did... Get it?

It was issued by an individual who isn't even registered as a business entity and lacks any official authorization from the tax authorities to conduct business. You'll likely find the police knocking on your door, and the company you sold those pixels to will end up eating the fine themselves, losing out on any tax breaks they were expecting.

Under current misdemeanor law, fines for financial infractions can reach as high as $333333. 😁

Paul Cruz8, don't go playing games with stuff like this...

Look, I know you don't mess around when it comes to this kind of stuff... which is exactly why I'm getting it all squared away by the end of the week... 👍

I’ve got a suggestion for you, but let's look at the cold, hard facts first:

You don't even have an LLC, a side hustle, or a freelance gig to your name.
That guy's site is loaded with content, but honestly? Only his first post even managed to move a million pixels.
I guarantee you won't move more than 1,000 pixels in the next year. Period.

SUGGESTION: Just give us the pixels for free!

What's the point of even posting that?

You’re gonna flood that page in record time.
You’re gonna absolutely crush every other site out there trying to peddle pixels for pennies.
Everyone’s gonna be talking about your site soon.

Look, you aren't gonna make a dime off pixels in that scenario—but let me be crystal clear: YOU AREN'T MAKING A DIME AT ALL.
Don't even think about selling them for pennies.
Look, just give the damn thing away for free. Seriously. If you want to make money, find another angle—sell ad space or something. Stick some banners on the left and right sides of that pixel board for a few bucks a month. That’ll cover your hosting costs and maybe even put a little extra change in your pocket. Simple as that.
Trust me, you aren't gonna squeeze anything better out of this mess than what you've got right now. 🙂

Honestly, same here... I’ve been chewing on this for a while now—just mulling it over, you know? You can expect an official call on this within the next two weeks, maybe a month at most if things get messy...

Look, you’re being incredibly naive if you honestly believe people are going to sit there and take this kind of nonsense a second time.🙂

The real move would be to actually try finding a different way to make a buck—you know, by coming up with something genuinely fresh and original for once.😉

Look, there’s nothing wrong with trying to make a quick buck like that, but you have to consider the massive headache if you actually get caught. It’s better to steer clear of that kind of trouble altogether. I’ve had my own ideas about building a website—actually, several ideas. We aren't talking millions of dollars here, just something of my own that could eventually generate some steady income. The problem was that the initial investment required was much higher than what I could realistically expect to see in return, and since success isn't a guarantee in business, I decided to hold off. But the spark is still there. Once I’m old enough to launch my own venture, who knows? Maybe I’ll finally dive into it.

Alright, let's see what you all think about this—how realistic is it?
So, here’s the idea: we’re looking at a group of maybe 5 to 10 people, each with our own unique way of generating revenue through our websites. Trying to tackle the legal side solo feels like an uphill battle. If we could get just 5 of us together, we could split the startup costs and form an LLC. Everyone would chip in their share for overhead and taxes, which honestly sounds way more manageable than flying solo. What do you guys think? Is there actually a path for this to work?
