dustypilot22, I was just sitting here thinking today... and honestly, Iβve decided that it is officially your moral obligation and duty to come pick me up and talk me into going for a swim together.. π and if you happen to reject this absolutely brilliant suggestion of mine (which I have already given a lot of thought to), I am going to be waiting for you behind a pier while you're out there swimming, pretending to be a shark, a whale, or whatever else it is you're terrified of π π

dustypilot22 said:Anyway, back to the point. The weather in Washington, D.C. is so pathetic right now that we get maybe two glimpses of sunlight a day. Thatβs why certain people refused to even step foot outside yesterday.π π π
I was hanging out in NYC this weekend... yesterday the sky actually cleared up for a second. π
Hoping for some decent weather down in Florida for the whole month of August.π

You won't have to pretend.

The forecast is looking at scattered showers and thunderstorms overnight between Monday and Tuesday. We'll have some southerly winds that should die down by the end of the day, and temperatures will likely stay right where they are now, if not climb a bit higher.

I honestly wouldn't blame anyone for ignoring this post; I can almost hear the ringing in my ears already from how much this bothers me.π

This whole thing totally reminds me of the MrBeast nickname... I mean, one minute it's thunderstorm showers, the next it's "even higher temperatures"... just connect those two paradigms for me and explain what on earth these meteorologists are actually studying during those four years of college. π π

Look, you know how it goes... I mean, seriously, how can you even be sure he wasn't talking about a shark?π huh? π

They're just hanging out in the university cafeteria, basically winging it whenever the topic of weather forecasting comes up.π

It sounds like he's speaking Turkish to me. π

Here I go again, digging myself into a hole once more, though I promise to remain as innocent as a newborn this time around. π π

Total amateurs! Hey, do you remember when that idiot Jack freaked everyone out a few years back on April Fools' Day during Good Morning America? They actually convinced people a massive storm was coming that would wreck everything in its path!π π

So, as you can tellπ π I just walked through the door after a long shift at the office.
And obviously, sleep is the last thing on my mind right now.
And... why am I even putting myself through this?

And no, I am not sleepy, of course not.
And... why on earth am I doing all this to myself?

You're too kind... Personally, Iβm officially on vacation starting this Friday, yet I find myself heading back into the office tomorrow. Beat that! π π

Jack is a total genius π€£
Keith James812, give me a break; if you're such an expert, why don't we schedule our swimming routes every other day or something?
I'm being dead serious here, try showing a little respect for my suggestion. π

Even though I haven't really jumped into the fray with you guys yet, I wanted to wish everyone a good night. π

Oh, please, I am absolutely high-society metropolitan about it, if you catch my drift.π π
I've already settled into a rhythm of five drinks every evening and one during the day for the last two months.
Pure bliss.π
ps. I might actually kill someone.π

Look, amateurish hack, Iβm not trying to scare you off... and deep down, I know you realize I can be a bit much sometimes... π’ besides, I own a pink swimsuit... I know people usually say you shouldn't make big decisions when emotions are running high, but let's be honest... have you ever seen a Great White shark wearing a pink swimsuit? π
