Life is like a rushing river. You can try to swim against the current and drown, you can simply drift wherever the water takes you, or you can swim with the flow to reach your own destination.

At the end of the day, everyone is the master of their own fate. The river is really just the environmentβ€”the backdrop through which we move.
We are the ones who create the current, whether we find ourselves fighting it or riding it.

Favorite: Every person is the master of their own fate!

Interesting thought.
One day I booted up my computer and this popped up on the screen:
Just so you knowβ€”every computer is the master of its own destiny, but it also shapes the destiny of the person sitting in front of it.
And every computer influences its user so that during and after work, they end up doing exactly what the machine suggested they should do.

But of course, that person feels completely certain they are doing exactly what they wanted to doβ€”because we all love believing we are the masters of our own fate. 😁
