Sometimes being self-aware is just exhausting. Being honest with yourself and actually having the guts to move forward... it’s a lot. Just gotta swallow the bullshit and smile. Ignorance really is bliss sometimes.

Stay aware???

In passing?

Or more importantly?

The most important thing.
Being aware—in passing, constantly.

"...but I think you get a better result if the fighter has already finished the fight before they even step into it."

If conflict is unavoidable, you fight to prevent injury, and you strike to prevent death.

You need total clarity. The solution is dictated by the nature of the situation itself. Once you see it, action follows instantly. "To understand and to act are one and the same," because at that point, there's no misinformation left to cloud things. No hesitation, no choice, no internal struggle, no regrets. There is just the single, correct path, seen through a moment of absolute composure. Unless you're operating in ignorance, you don't choose between multiple options. You simply see the one that works.

ooo... raising awareness and expanding what we perceive is really just step one in most Eastern practices.
being aware of "yourself"—your conditioning, those habitual patterns, and then going deeper—into the subconscious psychological stuff, the samskaras, all that "unfinished business." you have to recognize it. you have to learn how to let go of those energy blocks that bleed from the subconscious right into your conscious mind. being aware of those repetitive behaviors that stop us from acting properly or differently when things happen... knowing how to watch them without getting attached, like a neutral observer, a "witness"... that’s what makes us feel freer, more whole. it's something everyone has to navigate on their own path toward growth—personality, expression, behavior—and everyone does it in their own way. ;

My mom used to drill it into my head—you gotta live with the consequences of your own actions. Honestly? I’m struggling with that one... wouldn't life be way easier if we didn't have to constantly second-guess every move and every choice we make?

Oh, and I won't bore you with a whole speech, just wanted to drop in and say hey 👋

What even is consciousness?

Awareness is everything, man.

It’s basically the master switch—it dictates how you act, what you actually care about, and all those weird little desires we have.

And how many steps are we talking about? Is it 6, 12, or some ridiculous 150? 😂
🙂

What an absolute load of nonsense. 🙂

Look, sorry grizli, I’m probably the last person you should be asking for an answer to that one.

There are definitely some folks around here who actually know their way around the occult stuff—so maybe let them take a crack at it.

What on earth does consciousness have to do with the occult? 😕

What on earth are you talking about when you say "levels"?
Why are you being so vague? 😁

"Occult" basically just means hidden.
And honestly? It’s kept under wraps for a good reason—it isn't exactly meant for the masses.

For example; imagine trying to explain quantum physics to someone who can barely operate a toaster?
That's pretty much the gist of it.
