Honestly, you remind me of Stepinac.
It’s the same deal—he was proposed for Archbishop, and once the government started digging through the paperwork... well, he served on the Mexican Front, he was calm, hardly made a scene... basically, they figured he wouldn't cause any trouble and would just go along with whatever suits them. Sure, why not let him do it.

Buahaha! 😁

Don't sweat it too much, though... you might just end up being canonized in the end. 😁

It wasn't your methods I found funny, but your contradictions. First you claim we should judge people by their actions—which is objective—and then you say you go by "feeling," which is subjective. If you want to judge me by my actions, I believe I am one of the most mild-mannered and tolerant moderators on this forum. 🙂

"Don't listen to what a man says—watch what he does..."

Neither listening nor watching provides an objective judgment. Both pass through the filter of my own subjectivity. One can only be more or less subjective.

Perhaps you are capable of making an objective judgment because you possess absolute truth.

I do not possess it, so I am incapable of being objective.

All my judgments are subjective, especially when images and colors pass through a crystal ball. I make no claim that they are the only correct ones.

It’s a fair comparison—he was actually put forward for the Archbishop position once, and after the government took a closer look at his history... well, let's just say he served on the Mexican Front, he’s calm, and he isn't exactly a loudmouth. He seems like the perfect candidate for someone who won't cause any trouble and will simply do exactly what we want him to do. Sure, why not? Let's go with that.

Buahaha! 😁

Why even worry about it? You might just end up being canonized by the end of this. 😁

Hehe.... 🙂

Honestly? Neither listening nor watching provides an objective judgment once everything passes through the messy filter of my own subjectivity. At best, you’re just choosing how much bias you want to let in.

Fair enough, I can see where you're coming from there. But, since one of my specialties happens to be all manner of divination and its various sub-disciplines, I should probably remind you that divination is far more subjective than simply observing someone's actions. By that logic, we could say your conclusions were actually based on "ultra-subjectivity." 🙂

Aha, so now you're claiming you have me all figured out? Please... that’s exactly what happens when amateurs start playing fortune teller. They get a lucky guess or two and suddenly think they can read souls. 😁

*Personally*, I suspect you're just salty because I hold the moderator title. Since we're already playing the guessing game. 🙂

Then boil them in a pot with plenty of water and a pinch of salt.

Once they're cooked, transfer them to a deep pan, add some olive oil that's been infused with medicinal Mediterranean herbs, and a little bit of Stella.

While they're simmering, keep adding beer until the beans completely break down, then taper off the beer so the mixture stays almost entirely dry...

Mmmmmm... 🙂

Are you some kind of wizard or something??? You act exactly how you always do—you post a recipe, but you leave out all the crucial details. Someone trying to make decent beans following this is going to end up with some watery soup that causes nothing but an upset stomach, instead of a satisfyingly full belly and those heavy winds from behind that can perform their own kind of magic—and then you just toss it out there for everyone to see.

Is it "you" as in yourself, or "you" as in someone else? 😁
Either way, you're wrong. 😂

But honestly, what did you even do? I know you deleted some random little image.
What else happened? 🤔
Surely all this drama isn't really over one tiny picture...

Little pictures, huh? Now, who was the one making such a big deal out of that—I've already gone and forgotten... 😁

You bet! 😁 When I first stumbled upon those runes about six years ago, I honestly thought I’d grabbed a god by the beard. Of course, I was wrong. 🙂

It isn't just that I resent your moderator status on this "me, myself, and I" board. It is also that I am hopelessly in love with a petite, emotional, gentle, non-aggressive blonde glider pilot who finds her sky identification within the wind...

Last year, I dedicated an entire post to her over at online witch...🙂

Her name is Hannah 🙂

Ehhh... look, your Hannah can't exactly perform any sky identification if she's flying at V1—you know, in a jet plane. Thanks for actually helping me prove my point there. 😁

My dear Hannah holds multiple world records in glider piloting.

She also knows how to handle a Messerschmitt 163 rocket plane when the situation calls for it, and she’s even brave enough to hitch a ride on a V-1...

I absolutely adore her!

I don't think you'd exactly be thrilled about having that smack right in the middle of your forehead while sitting on top of two tons of high explosives... 😁

I will admit, she can be pretty "explosive" herself...
