Honestly, I’d actually be worried if someone on this forum managed to get under my skin.

But apparently, the "conservatives" around here think you can only call yourself a patriot if you hold right-wing views.

And no, no—actually, the unpatriotic types here assume all patriots are conservatives, which by their own twisted logic would mean they should be liberals, which is just plain stupid.

You could see this clearly in that thread about increasing maternity benefits—which is a purely social issue—where those so-called "liberals," who are really just a bunch of old-school losers, jumped all over it just because the Republican Party suggested it.
