Honestly, I can’t even remember which one was my first real gig—unless you count washing windows at a local gas station when I was 15 or 16 😬 though, I gotta say, the pay was actually decent 😁 enough to fund a whole trip to New York City 🙏 🙏

After college, I was basically juggling half a dozen jobs at once—doing everything from market research to hosting, sales rep, retail—you name it 😁 most of those checks went straight toward traveling (and, you know, actually eating)
Oh, and I managed to squirrel away a little bit of cash from those years too—maybe around $100 😬 but I ended up giving it all to my brother for his birthday last year 🥳

I made my first real money working at an electronics plant, assembling circuit boards. I was pulling three different shifts just trying to stay afloat during my freshman year of college. I didn't have the guts to hunt for anything "classier" back then because my English wasn't great yet, so they stuck me in production. I still remember feeling so bitter watching everyone get ready for a night out while my shift started at 10 PM, staring down those loud machines, drills, adhesives, and boards... I grinded it out for two months and made decent cash, but after that, I told myself: thanks but no thanks, you won't see me back in this factory.

I actually made my very first buck by peeking under the bunk during boarding on a cruise ship—spotted a stray dollar bill just sitting there.
I still keep it at home today, though, with "FIRST DOLLAR I EVER MADE..." scribbled all over it in Sharpie.😎

Some guy was out there shoveling coal out of a train car under the blistering sun, just absolutely killing himself, and he passed out cold after only thirty minutes of that madness. I actually managed to snag my first dollar (1) on a lottery site online here in the US
