Since most of us are stuck in that constant "running out of time" and "buried under responsibilities" loop, the best practices—if you can even call them that—are the ones that deliver quick results just to prove to yourself that things are actually shifting...

- middle pillar exercises
- fountain work

Once you actually feel those shifts happening, you get that "okay, this is for real" moment, which makes it way easier to move on to other techniques...

For me, just focusing on my breathing and centering myself on the middle point (Tipharet in Kabbalah) is plenty—plus listening to spiritual music that hits those high-vibe notes. Honestly, without those positive vibes, I’d probably just turn into a hollow shell thinking I was "enlightened" when really I'd just be empty inside...

And yeah, sometimes I find myself mumbling mantras under my breath while I'm meditating, working out, or just dancing around the house... it’s pretty joyful for me. I mean, if we’ve got serotonin and dopamine ready to blast our brains, why not trigger that consciously and just feel good? That kind of energy naturally spills over into how we treat everyone else. I don't think euphoria is the whole point of spirituality, but hey, being "high up" is definitely better than being "down" ;-)

I’ve made it a habit to sit cross-legged every night, hands clasped like I'm praying—that specific hand position is dedicated to Ra. I focus my attention right on the spot between my eyes and my brows. It helps clear out the mental clutter before I drift off. I just breathe deep and steady through about 15 minutes of meditation. Lately, I've been having these nighttime visions about the state of the world, plus glimpses of myself and the people I deal with daily.

Meditation, mantras, breathwork, some yoga now and then—plus family constellations and hiking.

to simply refrain from

DOING 😲

but honestly, that is the toughest discipline I’ve ever had to face 😲

It’s actually staggering how hard it is to just sit still—to not meddle in every single thing under the sun just because we feel this frantic urge to achieve "SOMETHING."

(Because really, WHO is this "someone" inside both of us driving that need for achievement, and what's actually fueling those motives?

Adding more information—more mental clutter—doesn't actually help us level up
(which is where a guy like Steve Jobs would already be waiting for us, by the way 🙄 ))

The real question isn't about how to learn something new, but rather how to deconstruct our logic and let go of the illusion that we have to accomplish these things we keep manufacturing. We end up just spinning in circles, like a dog chasing its own tail.

😉

Exactly.

For me, the hardest part is also learning how to "do nothing."

There was a time when I would meditate twice a day for twenty minutes, and the feeling was wonderful.
I could see the aura around plants; I felt as though I were almost floating on a sense of self-love.

Now, however, I have been trying to convince myself to return to conscious meditation for a very long time, yet I find a way to "skip" it every single day.

And I have the time.
If only I could just find the time...
