I wouldn't say there isn't anyone smart enough to talk about this, it's more that there's a massive lack of actual reliable sources to learn from. Most people just get their info from TV, newspapers, and those mindless news sites that offer nothing but endless political bickering.
It’s no surprise that these topics get lumped in with conspiracy theories—since the mainstream media controls the narrative, people don't have much to contribute besides some snarky comments.
If you want to see how they distract the masses, just throw something like Gettysburg in front of them and watch everyone lose their minds; nobody gives a damn about the Bilderberg Group when they can focus on that instead.
