Cool video, thanks. 🙏

For the Sauber fans out there: Marcus Ericsson says they still have absolutely no clue what kind of car they actually have. Apparently, it's a total tech departure from last year, and they need every single mile of testing just to start wrapping their heads around it.

It’s absolutely killing the car during long runs, and Bottas is making it look effortless.

I feel like I’ve seen similar posts popping up a few times now. Could someone share a link to the other long run data? Or if it isn't too much trouble, could someone just post the long runs for Leclerc or Sainz here?
Thanks

Race Weather Simulations:

Final results

Williams 🤣

Man, it’s absolute madness when the reserve driver is actually faster than both main drivers. 🙏

Kubica is driving tomorrow morning, then Sirotkin in the afternoon. Interesting stuff.

EDIT: They scrapped the plan for Kubica tomorrow morning—Lance Stroll is stepping in instead.

This is honestly so good that I had to post it in both the McRenault thread and right here.
Do you remember Benny Hill? Well, you’re going to absolutely love this.

EDIT

I seriously can't stop staring at this; if you look at the 0.15 mark, you can see the bubble on the last crane, looking just as shell-shocked as we all are by what's happening.

What absolute legends!

According to AMuS GPS data, Mercedes is sitting 0.3s ahead of Red Bull Racing—and even further ahead of Ferrari. Apparently, Renault still has plenty of power left in reserve.

These racing times are completely nonsensical; if you can't see why, then I really don't know what to tell you.🙂, based on this, Mercedes would have finished a full lap ahead of Ferrari and two laps ahead of McLaren. Yeah right.

And let's be real, we all know preseason testing doesn't mean much. You never truly know what anyone is actually running or how heavy their fuel loads are. But most of us also know that Mercedes has been absolutely dominant for years now, so don't hold your breath for some massive sudden shift in power. The real question is just whether Ferrari is going to keep up with Mercedes' pace or fall even further behind.

It’s kind of wild how most of the English and German media outlets—which honestly doesn't surprise me one bit—are still ranking Ferrari behind the gray and blue cars despite Seb's performance yesterday.
Are they just biased fans, totally clueless, or is this actually what's happening on the ground!?

The McLaren car seems fast. I honestly have no idea what they're up to. And good grief, did you see them during the pit stop yesterday? They were turning the wheel completely the wrong way.

The cars are looking incredibly fast. Watching them together, they move in such tight synchronization that it’s hard to look away. Honestly, I think Ferrari and Mercedes ought to be looking over their shoulders; it seems pretty obvious that Adrian Newey has engineered some kind of wind tunnel masterpiece.

The mystery behind the TR and Honda setup is finally solved:
Speaking of the Honda power unit, James Key told Ted Kravitz yesterday that Toro Rosso had used Three of The Japanese manufacturer's engines across The First Seven Days of testing—apparently, he claims that was the strategy from the get-go.
