I was watching some highlights from last season's playoffs, and it hit me how much the landscape changes every single year. It feels like I can barely keep track of my favorite players anymore. One year they're the face of a franchise, and the next, I'm looking at a completely different jersey and wondering why they're suddenly wearing those colors.
Don't get me wrong, I love the excitement of a big shake-up, but there’s a part of me that misses the era where you actually felt a sense of stability with a core group. Now, it feels like the whole league is just one giant game of musical chairs. Every time I think I finally know who the contenders are, the entire foundation gets shifted around. It makes it so much harder to get emotionally invested in a team when you're constantly waiting for the next massive move to happen.
Do you guys prefer this era of constant movement, or do you miss the days when rosters stayed more consistent?
