FIFA 2018 tickets?

Did I miss the window to enter the lottery for that 8% ticket allocation set aside for American fans?
How am I supposed to get a ticket now? I’m assuming everything is registered under the buyer's name, which probably means resale is off the table.
So, what's the move to get a ticket?

Word is the USSF already sold off their entire allotment.

The whole pre-sale thing is totally doable because they aren't doing any ID checks at the stadium gates! The only real headache might be the visa situation, but since you don't actually need the ticket to be in your name to get one, you should be fine. I mean, if you grab a ticket under someone else's name, you'll still have to go through the visa process, but once you're in the US, you can probably just breeze right into the stadium with that ticket in hand, right? It worked just like that in Germany and France with zero issues, so why would it be any different here?
Otherwise, from what I gathered on fifa.com, there aren't going to be any more random draws—it's basically first-come, first-served for everyone who already signed up. But hey, if there are any tickets left over in the inventory, they'll run another round in March where it'll just be a mad dash for whoever hits that site first!

So, I finally signed up yesterday. The site was showing a massive surge for Argentina, and there was plenty of hype for Nigeria too, but interest in Iceland seemed pretty thin. Honestly, if things play out this way, we might actually have a shot at snagging some tickets for that third match in the next round of sales on March 13th.
