Is it just me, or has the transfer window become more about the gossip than the actual football? I feel like every single morning I wake up, there’s some new headline claiming a massive club is "eyeing up" a specific player from a rival. It’s exhausting.

I remember back in the day, you’d hear a rumor, maybe a reliable journalist would nod, and then you'd just wait to see if the player actually showed up at the training ground. Now, it feels like a constant stream of "interest" and "admiration" that goes nowhere. Half the time, it feels like agents or clubs are just leaking names to keep the engagement up or to see if a certain price point sticks.

It’s getting harder to tell what’s a genuine tactical necessity and what’s just noise designed to keep fans talking during the off-season. It makes me skeptical of even the most credible reports lately.

Do you guys actually pay attention to these scouting rumors, or do you just tune them all out until an official announcement happens?
