Is it just me, or does it feel like certain positions on a team are never actually "finished"? You see a roster that looks solid on paper, and then suddenly it feels like you're constantly shuffling the deck just to keep the foundation from crumbling.

I’ve been following team building for years, and there's always that nagging feeling that one injury or one bad stretch can expose a massive hole you thought you filled months ago. It’s like trying to plug leaks in a dam while the water is already rising. You think you've found the right pieces, but then you realize you need more muscle in specific spots just to survive the season.

Do you guys think it's better to over-invest in depth early on, or is it a waste of resources if those guys end up sitting on the bench all year?
