I was watching some sports analysis last night and it got me thinking about the "superteam" phenomenon. We always see these massive rosters being assembled with all this hype, but I feel like we rarely talk about the actual ego stuff that happens behind closed doors.
It’s one thing to have all the talent in the world on paper, but it’s a whole different beast when you’re trying to figure out who actually gets to lead the room. I remember back in the day when certain legendary squads fell apart not because they couldn't play, but because the personalities just clashed or nobody wanted to take a backseat.
Do you think these massive talent accumulations actually stand a chance in the long run, or are they just destined to implode once the initial excitement wears off?
