Is it just me, or does every team do this?

It feels like every time a deadline rolls around, the same pattern repeats where teams just dump everything they have built up. It’s hard to stay invested in a squad when you feel like they're just waiting for the exit door. Does anyone else feel like the loyalty to a roster is basically non-existent these days?
