I've always felt that when the expectations get too heavy right out of the gate, people either level up or completely crack. Seeing how intense things can get during preseason training makes me wonder if that kind of friction is actually necessary for growth. Do you think constant pressure is a motivator, or is it just a recipe for disaster?
