I’ve been thinking lately about how much we romanticize aggression in certain circles. We watch these people on screen every weekend, seeing them channel all this intensity and violence as a professional skill. It’s part of the entertainment, right? We cheer for the grit and the "warrior" mentality because it's packaged as something disciplined and controlled.

But there is a massive, terrifying line between a professional athlete using aggression as a tool and someone just being a dangerous person in their own home. It’s wild how someone can carry that high-octane, combative energy into their private life where it doesn't belong. It makes you wonder how many people we see as "icons" are actually just volatile individuals who can't turn the switch off when the cameras stop rolling.

Does anyone else feel like our obsession with combat sports makes us a bit too blind to the red flags in these personalities?
