Strange noise coming from my laptop

Hey everyone!! So, my laptop has started making this super weird noise. It’s not happening constantly and there's zero pattern to it—it just happens whenever it feels like it. Like, I'll be right in the middle of watching a movie and suddenly the audio drags or sounds all slowed down and distorted.

It sounds like your whole screen is just dragging and stuttering there. Honestly, that usually points to a data processing bottleneck or some kind of software hiccup. To get a better idea of what we're dealing with, could you drop the specs and let me know how old the laptop is?
