What’s the move if I’m trying to get a new profile up and running, but that activation email just refuses to show up?

Where exactly is this Tapatalk chat supposed to be? And I can't find the reporting tool either... none of these options seem to be enabled for me at all...

You report the post by clicking the triangle icon with the exclamation mark located on the left, right underneath the username and avatar of the user who made the post. As for the Tapatalk chat, you'll find that within the Tapatalk mobile app.
