AMD Radeon settings not working!!!

So, I jumped from Windows 8.1 straight up to Windows 10 on my Dell Latitude 3510. This machine has dual graphics—dedicated and integrated—but whenever I try to switch over to the Intel chip to actually run some games, I get hit with this error: "no intel graphics driver is installed or the intel driver is not functioning properly. Please install the Intel driver appropriate for your Intel hardware."

Everything looks perfectly fine in Device Manager, and I even went through the trouble of downloading an automated driver updater to fix whatever is missing. 😠😠

Grab the driver from the Intel site first. Go into Device Manager and wipe out the old one—make sure you kill the internet connection first... restart the PC, then just manually install that Intel driver.
