Annoying chills

For years now, the moment there’s even a slight chill in the air, I start dealing with frostnip in my hands. It’s quite a nuisance—my fingers go numb, then turn blue, followed by this painful itching sensation. It's a complete disaster.
I suspect it boils down to poor circulation, but if anyone else here deals with this particular affliction, or better yet, has some actual advice to offer...

I deal with something similar. Once the real winter weather hits, my wrists just take a beating—I get these painful chilings and tiny cracks in my skin. It gets incredibly red, dry, and irritated...
Sometimes it even starts bleeding if I flex my hand too hard and the skin stretches.
Usually, some heavy-duty moisturizer does the trick. Honestly, any decent cream works.

Sounds like you've got Raynaud's syndrome. (Can't quite remember the spelling myself... Raynaud's?)
It's basically a peripheral circulation disorder.
Wear gloves. All the time. And when it gets truly freezing, get those mittens that cover all your fingers at once.
Also, stay away from working in cold water.
Make sure to massage your hands and use moisturizer—even just basic lotion works—whenever they start acting up.
(The serious cases are when your fingers turn that pale, deathly white color all the way up to the knuckles.)

There isn't really a "magic pill" in medicine for this stuff.
Unless you want to look into extreme measures, like a sympathetic nerve block.

Look, I’ve noticed the same thing, though it isn't quite THAT obvious to me...
I guess it just comes as part of the whole psoriasis starter pack. My elbows are bone-dry and flaky, and my scalp gets these little sores that actually bleed if I scratch them too hard... So honestly, this doesn't even surprise me.
At least I’ve got decent skin—no acne scars or anything. Well, except for when I have one of those absolutely wild nights out downtown; then I might wake up with a pimple or two on my nose, but otherwise, it's pretty rare...

I think I'll give the massage thing a shot, because honestly, it really does seem like a circulation issue for me too. My hands and feet always feel like they're frozen solid.🥳 🥳
My right hand is constantly cold, and it affects every single finger on that side, whereas on my left hand, it only seems to hit a few of them.
