Haha, I honestly couldn't tell you the exact milligram count—and perhaps those numbers aren't quite as terrifying as they might appear at first glance? It really all depends on the specific medications involved and, more importantly, the kind of lifestyle you lead overall. Personally, I make a very conscious effort to minimize my intake of pharmaceuticals—I tend to be quite health-conscious, so I generally avoid processed foods laden with preservatives, artificial dyes, or synthetic flavorings... you know how it is. If an issue arises that isn't strictly urgent, I prefer to tackle it with more natural remedies; I'll reserve antibiotics for those rare moments when I truly cannot afford to be sidelined—in fact, I’ve only needed them once in the last five or six years! For things like the occasional flu, I'll opt for some ivy-based herbal tablets instead. As for the bouts of dermatitis I deal with about once a year, I'll apply a corticosteroid cream to the area, but only for a maximum of one week. And analgesics? I might take one or two tablets a month if my menstrual cramps become particularly unruly. So, in my view, it isn't a bad situation; my body clears everything out fairly efficiently since I maintain a pretty healthy diet and stay active—well, mostly active! For the ailments I typically face, pills aren't even much of a salvation—or rather, in my own subjective, somewhat unrealistic, and perhaps overly hasty assessment, they seem to offer more harm than actual benefit😁.
