Hey guys, I could really use some advice here!
I’ve been dealing with anxiety and panic attacks, so I’m currently on a regimen of 100mg of Lexapro daily plus 0.5mg of Xanax three times a day. Honestly, it’s working great and I feel totally functional. The big thing is that I stay super active with sports, though lately, I’ve been strictly focused on bodybuilding.

For supplements, I just stick to whey protein and creatine, which is fine, but my strength has been dipping lately. Because of that, I’m thinking about picking up a pre-workout booster to help with energy and focus—but honestly, that "focus" part is what’s tripping me up.
Is there any chance a supplement designed to boost strength and endurance could mess with the meds I’ve been taking for three years? I’m getting a little nervous about it.
I actually asked my doctor, and she basically called it a steroid and warned me to be careful with how much I take. Could the caffeine levels in these things spike my serotonin enough to trigger serotonin syndrome?

Training is my happy place and it keeps me sane, but I really need that extra kick of energy. Is using this stuff actually dangerous?
I don't even drink coffee, so the caffeine and taurine in these focus compounds worry me, especially since I take my Xanax after my workout.

Thanks so much in advance for the help! 🙂
