Anxiety about Microsoft

F, 29 years old.
For the last six months, I've been dealing with various daily twitches, tingling sensations, and muscle pulsing in my legs.
My neurologist mentioned that for MS, one would typically expect dizziness or vision issues.

I went ahead and paid out-of-pocket for private MRI scans of my brain and cervical spine.
I just received the digital PDF results today and am waiting for the physical CD to arrive in the mail; however, my follow-up appointment with the neurologist isn't until the 15th.
It feels strange because the brain MRI report seems to be missing a final diagnostic page, leaving me to guess at what this means.

Here is the full report:
MRI requested due to polymorphic somatic complaints.

Standard MRI techniques using multiplanar sequences through the cerebrum reveal several punctate hyperintensities on T2 and FLAIR imaging, located bilaterally in the juxtacortical frontal region, characterized as non-specific 2-3mm NON-SPECIFIC WHITE MATTER GLIOTIC LESIONS.
No acute ischemic or hemorrhagic changes are noted, nor are there any intra- or extra-axial expansive processes.
The distribution of white and gray matter is normal, with regular organization of gyri and sulci. The cerebellum and brainstem show normal structures.
Targeted sections through the base of the temporal bone show physiological appearance of the inner ear structures, auditory canals, and cranial nerves in the posterior fossa.
The craniocervical junction is unremarkable. The hypothalamic-pituitary region is within physiological limits.
Paranasal sinuses are normally ventilated; Type 4 septal deviation present.

What exactly is white matter? Is this where those MS plaques form, and should I consider this a positive finding?

To avoid typing everything out, the cervical MRI just mentions degenerative changes, but everything else looks normal!

I recently had extensive lab work done, including extras like Vitamin B12, B9, D, iron, electrolytes, celiac testing, gluten, Lyme disease, hormones, and immunology screens like ANA, RF, and ESR.
Everything came back fine except for Vitamin D, which is low at 22.
Before the MRI, I also had an EMG on my legs, which was normal.
Lately, MS seems to be everywhere in the news, and I'm feeling an indescribable fear that I might have it because of these weird sensations.

I would appreciate some expert insight, or if anyone happens to be in this same position of fearing multiple sclerosis.
I think my anxiety is largely driven by this fear.

I’ve got a super similar situation going on. Actually, I have a 1.5mm spot in my white matter too. My radiologist and neurologist both told me it’s basically a normal finding—nothing to sweat over. It felt a little dismissive to me, honestly, but hey, who am I to question their diagnosis?

So, I can tell you what they told me, but obviously, someone with more expertise should try to break it down for you.

I was definitely worried it might be MS or even chronic Lyme disease.🤦

You can't just rely on an MRI to confirm MS; you really need a spinal tap because brain changes could be caused by all sorts of different diseases...
And from what I can tell, there aren't even any of those typical, large lesions you'd usually see with MS...
