Any free lottery prediction software?

Does anyone happen to know of a reliable, free software program for designing lottery systems? I've been looking into some statistical modeling lately, but nothing has really caught my eye yet.

I certainly have, though it seems everything actually worth using comes with a hefty price tag. Does anyone happen to know of a high-quality program that won't cost me a hundred bucks?
