Hey everyone.
About a week ago, while I was showering, I noticed this little lump on my left scrotum. It isn't actually attached to the testicle itself; it’s sitting right underneath one of those small bumps or pimples on the skin. I immediately went down a total rabbit hole online trying to figure out what it could be, and honestly, I started panicking about testicular cancer. That said, I’m not feeling any pain, there’s no blood in my semen, I don't feel weak, and most importantly, the left side looks the exact same size as the right one.
Does anyone have any idea what this might be?
