Anyone else stuck in quarantine?

Is this just a fancy new way of saying I've been banned, or is it something else entirely? :)

I'm not really asking why I was banned—if that’s indeed what happened—since logic doesn't seem to be the guiding principle here anyway... I am simply curious about this new status and what it specifically entails... :)
