Has anyone ever actually laid eyes on a Baby Groot before????

Yeah, a buddy of mine actually had his kid born on a balcony—happened more than once, too.
If you’re curious, go ahead and Google it, though it’s definitely not a pretty sight, haha.

I just saw the photo. Honestly, it doesn't even look like a pigeon to me 😁

The parents stay in the nest with them for about two months until they can finally hold their own, so I guess that’s why we don't see them much 🤷

Honestly, forget about those grown pigeons—I’m talking about BABY GROOT, now that is a real show. You’ll see them popping up around town during the first month or two of the season, and I swear, I tear up every single time I spot one. 🤣🤣

They have such tiny little bodies paired with these absolutely massive feet. 😂🙏

Actually—it's more like a month, not two.😉 They grow up fast and just head out. Sure, the parents might feed them for a bit longer, but they definitely aren't stuck in the nest by then.
But yeah, when they're tiny, there's zero chance of spotting them unless you live right next to a nest or stumble upon one that fell out. :/

Btw, what you found was already a "teenager" pigeon. When they first hatch, they look like this :P (this is what they look like after a few days; honestly, I won't even show you what they look like literally the first day they hatch, haha).

I can't speak for little pigeons, but we used to have these tiny parakeets, and let me tell you—they were ugly as sin. >_>

When I read that first post, I thought—wow, what a great question. I’ve never actually spotted a Baby Groot before either.
After reading that last post though, I'm thinking—maybe it's better that I haven't seen them now.
