I am requesting an immediate review of my recent ban—which was handed out unjustly—for allegedly engaging in hate speech.
It should be obvious from my posts that I don’t support any kind of animosity, nor do I fuel hateful rhetoric.
If citing an expected death penalty as an objective fact under American law is what triggered this, then I simply don't get it—how does stating a legal reality constitute "promoting hate"? And now I'm stuck with a 500-point penalty? Ridiculous.

Charles Fox10 and Nica, I am asking for a ruling based on actual reason here.

The card won't be reversed because it's accurate. Usually, posts like this earn bans rather than rewards, and frankly, there isn't much substance to anything you're claiming in your "
appeal."

Everything stays the same if you don't approach the post with your finger on the trigger :)—I already commented on how ridiculous it is when trolls act shocked while using these threads just to spew hate speech.

One more thing—something the moderators managing this forum and the crowd gathered here should probably realize from the jump:

If someone’s been hanging around this board and following this thread for years because they actually care about the subject, they likely have a decent grasp of how those foreign legal systems work—and they're writing from that perspective.
It isn't about cluttering the thread with empty outrage or aiming venomous little jabs at people just because they woke up feeling spiteful—especially after a thousand perfectly reasonable posts where they haven't shown any interest in attacking anyone's existence.
Regards to all.

Let me try this one more time.

A foreign spy and traitor who, starting back in 2017, worked tirelessly to undermine the local government to serve the interests of the USA and France.
Hardly a surprise, though clearly he was far more than just a journalist.

Is it really appropriate to mention that Iran executed him? As if that were somehow justified because he was a spy and a traitor? We shouldn't play it that way. I don't think you're being malicious, but a little more care is needed when framing posts about events like this.
