About six months ago, I went for a pretty heavy spike during a volleyball game, and ever since then, my right arm has been aching from the elbow all the way up to the shoulder. For the first week, I couldn't even move it—lifting anything was out of the question. I figured it would just clear up on its own, but here we are six months later. I played some basketball today, and once I cooled down, that same old pain came rushing back.
Does anyone know how I can get rid of this? Should I go see a doctor?

Thanks.

You gotta find the actual source of the pain if you want it to stop. Personally, I'd say get an insurance referral and see a physical therapist. You might have actually torn a tendon or something, which happens more often than people think.
