I need some help here; whenever I power up my BlackBerry 6230 and try to use ActiveSync with my PC, the computer doesn't even recognize the device. Absolutely nothing happens! I've already tried performing a factory reset, but it hasn't fixed a single thing.

"Help" is spelled with a "p".
