So, I recently dusted off an old HP laptop—it’s running Windows 10, which is fine, everything seems to function—but the interface is acting incredibly strange. Every single link is highlighted in this bright blue color, and there are these odd, semi-transparent little squares appearing underneath them... it's quite distracting. To make matters worse, the whole thing feels "inverted" somehow; when I click on something, it doesn't feel right. At first, I suspected Chrome might be the culprit, so I downloaded Firefox to test it out, but the issue persists regardless of the browser. I tried digging through the Control Panel—looking under Internet Options and Display settings—but I can't seem to find the setting responsible for this mess. Is this just some weird setting someone toggled by mistake, or is it actually a hardware issue with the laptop itself?

It’s running Windows 10, and honestly, everything works fine except for one weird thing—all my links are bright blue, and there are these translucent little squares popping up under them or something. Everything feels totally wonky; whenever I click something, it's like the whole interface is acting backwards. I figured maybe Chrome was just tripping, so I downloaded Firefox to test it out, but nope, same exact mess. I tried digging through the Control Panel, looking under internet options and display settings, but I can't find anything to fix it. Did someone mess with the settings, or is the hardware just ancient and glitchy??

Is this what you mean?

Thanks... I'll give it a shot. I've got my work laptop with me right now, so things are a little limited here.
