Book recommendations?

I’ve scoured the libraries in Seattle, hit up every local bookstore and used book shop, even checked those niche specialty boutiques—nothing. Not a single trace of it. Does anyone actually know where I can pick up a copy in Washington, D.C., or maybe order it from somewhere else online? Like, anywhere?
