Bronchitis or pneumonia?

I’ve been diagnosed with bronchitis, even though my CRP is sitting at 200. My doctor insists it isn't pneumonia—she says she can't hear anything unusual in my lungs. It just feels off, especially since my white blood cell count is perfectly normal.
