Budget PC build under $700?

I need a PC setup for gaming and running stuff like Dreamweaver.
I've been browsing admin.com because their prices seem to be the lowest around.
The budget needs to cover everything, including a monitor that's at least 20 inches.

Can someone tell me if these parts are actually compatible?

Regarding the hard drive, I already have one. Since I don't know how to build a PC myself, would they build the whole thing for me without including the drive?

The power supply and motherboard are both pretty much toast. You might have to part with 4GB of RAM just to afford replacements down the road.

At the very least, grab an Asrock 980 de U3S3 and a Forton Hexa+ 400W (though I think they're out of stock at Micro Center right now). Also, maybe ditch the current cooler and go with a Spira Kepler Rev2.

Unfortunately, ADM won't put the PC together unless you buy all the parts from them. So, here’s an alternative setup. It’s got a slightly slower processor, but you make up for it with a much better monitor and a beefier graphics card.
