Burning files on Windows 10?

I’m a bit confused about burning MP3s on Windows 10
When I pop a blank DVD into the drive, a window pops up giving me two choices:
1 Burn like a USB flash drive
2 Burn with a CD/DVD player

I don't really get that first option. Can someone explain what that actually means?

Just download and install Nero Burning ROM, and you'll see exactly what I mean.

The first one is probably UDF, while the second is ISO 9660+Joliet
