I know there are already threads on here about "how to gain weight," but honestly, I haven't found anything that actually works. I’m one of those people—my main goal is just to put on some mass. I won't even get into my current weight, because you guys wouldn't believe me (my labs always come back totally normal). I've been searching everywhere, and the latest thing I stumbled upon is this high-calorie supplement called "Scandishake Mix." It's a dietary supplement designed for various nutritional needs, and the big selling point is that it's calorie-dense enough that even kids could use it if they needed to.
So, I'd love to hear what you all think—or better yet, has anyone actually tried this stuff???

(I pulled the info from http://g-m-pharma.com)

Sounds interesting!
It wouldn't hurt if someone with actual experience weighed in!

Hey, it’s actually pretty wild how people are looking to pack on weight instead of trying to slim down. There's this one GNC supplement that supposedly works for both gaining and losing weight; it's been tested, but I guess the results vary depending on the person. You could maybe give it a shot. Cheers
