If it’s 4:00 AM and you’re staring at the ceiling because sleep just won't come, what's the better move—trying to force some shut-eye or just calling it quits for the night? Let’s say you absolutely have to be up by 7:00 AM.

Look, if you’re feeling sleepy, just pass out again, simple as that. But if you aren't? Then don't... nothing to it.☕

It’s weird, I’m feeling the exact same way today... honestly, maybe it’s just that full moon messing with my head.

Something definitely went down tonight. Even my kid woke up at 4 AM and could barely drift back to sleep. And we aren't talking about a baby here, so you know it wasn't just some typical restless phase.

I mean, catching two hours of shut-eye is better than absolutely nothing, but honestly, if you can swing it, try not to nap during the day so you don't completely wreck your sleep schedule 🙂. Of course, if you’re running on fumes and your eyes are practically glued shut from total exhaustion, then yeah, go ahead and grab a quick nap 🙂.

Larry Scott43 said:That’s strange—I felt some odd vibes today too, maybe just because of the full moon.

I actually dealt with a sudden panic attack last night that kept me wide awake—though I'm honestly not sure if the moon has anything to do with it—but thankfully, it passed...

I finally crashed afterward and managed to get about two hours of sleep, yet I woke up feeling like I'd had a full seven-hour rest—which was incredibly bizarre, considering I didn't feel exhausted at all.

Man, whenever there’s a full moon, I swear so many people just can't catch any sleep... it totally messes with everyone's rhythm.
The moon's got this pull on everything, from the osmotic pressure in plants to how our own bodies function too. It controls the tides and the gases in the atmosphere, so why wouldn't it affect human pressure levels too? It's all connected...
