It’s just like mixing coffee or some kind of Coca-Cola or whatever...
Generally speaking, all those energy drinks aren't even a big deal.

I mix it up every now and then. Honestly, I don't see what the big deal is, as long as you aren't knocking back an entire liter of Coca-Cola 😁

My mom was telling me about this study one of her friends was doing, and apparently they noticed a higher rate of epilepsy among people who were mixing that stuff.

Or what if you and some other friends were also popping colorful pills and little tablets on the side? 😁

Look at me 😁
alive and kicking... managed to make it through 😁
Okay, maybe it wasn't a whole liter, but it was a 750ml bottle of Jack Daniel's 😁 👋 🙂

It's not even that dangerous... you're mostly just overworking your system. But when you're young and healthy? Anything goes. 😉 You've got all this energy to burn through, and it just disappears before you know it...

😁 People are gonna think I’m some kind of total alcoholic... Look, drink alcohol (in moderation, obviously 🙄), but stay far away from Pepsi and that other junk. Don't mix it with booze and don't drink it solo either. It’s got stuff in there that unnecessarily cranks up certain physical processes, and even worse, messes with your head... 😎

Hm, just like anything else, the dose makes the poison. I had two Coca-Colas mixed with vodka, plus a beer, and barely felt a thing. That was for an entire evening, and I weigh about 180 pounds. I can't imagine what would happen if an average girl weighing 110 pounds downed that much. Besides, everyone reacts to alcohol differently. A colleague of mine downed three shots of Jack Daniel's, some Jim Beam, and a Pepsi in one go, and he was wasted.

So you guys don't think it's that bad. But I've heard it's actually super dangerous. Is there seriously no one looking into this from any legit sources?

Perhaps you should reach out to a biology professor for a more technical breakdown. A few years back, I posed a similar question to mine, and she provided a very thorough, scientific explanation. To be honest, the details have slipped my mind over time, but I don't drink that stuff anymore anyway. 🙂 There are plenty of other sophisticated options out there that are a bit less taxing on the system...

Look, I don't weigh 120 lbs (sadly 😁) and I'm not really much of a drinker, but what you just described sounds like nothing to me 🙂 I guess you could say I have a pretty high tolerance 😁

Look, these energy drinks are basically just a "poor man's tax." The main active ingredient is caffeine, and honestly, there’s less of it in one of those black coffees you'd grab at Starbucks. They claim to include taurine to help stimulate heart activity, but if you ask me... it's all just marketing hype.

If anything happens, you’re going to be running to the bathroom pretty quickly (since both caffeine and alcohol work that way).

I wouldn't do it if I were you; you're basically asking for a heart attack...
Stick to some Coca-Cola and juice instead.👍

My source is reliable... (I could probably even bug my mom to get the full story; she only gave me the results, and I'm pretty sure there wasn't any official paperwork involved).

Beer and brandy, definitely. 🙂
