Complaint against the Zebra Technologies moderator

I’m officially filing an appeal against this mod because they are being straight-up biased, which is the exact opposite of what a moderator is supposed to do. They’re out here letting their own PDF cosmetics thread turn into a total circus of insults, yet anyone who dares to push back or even just agree with them gets slapped with a warning or a card. It's ridiculous.

Someone like this shouldn't be running the show. Rules are supposed to apply to everyone equally, but somehow they magically bend whenever it benefits them.

I’m really hoping some of you guys have my back on this appeal.

I'm standing by this. I'd appreciate it if an admin could step in and deal with the trolls, insults, and constant mockery here... ☕

I’m definitely on board with this. I was just browsing through that "other subforums" thread, and honestly, it felt pretty insulting. In my opinion, having Tilla acting as a moderator is a massive, unfortunate misstep for the community here.👎

I was being reasonable because I respect Innocent, but honestly, Square doesn't deserve to moderate anything on this forum. 👎

Until the mod realizes this PDF isn't her own personal playground where she can just sit back and cheer on her little favorites while they troll, insult, and stir the pot, she’s missing the point. Once she understands that no single post should go unpunished—and that quoting someone shouldn't be a one-way ticket to getting banned—then maybe we can talk about whether she actually belongs in a moderator role.

Just to throw my two cents into the ring—if we’re really going to start sanctioning Innocent, then why stop there? Why not go after every other troll cluttering up this space? 🙄 👎

Just because the thread is locked doesn't mean those who were insulting others, trolling, or breaking forum rules won't face consequences. I have no idea where people got the idea that closing a thread acts as an amnesty for everything that happened inside it...

Stupidity is totally in the eye of the beholder, so calling a thread stupid isn't really much of an argument. I mean, we all have those specific PDFs out there that we think are absolute garbage.

Look, Till is a human being just like the rest of us, and he’s got a right to his own opinion, even if he is the moderator. That doesn't mean his personal take should mess with the rules that apply to everyone equally—but I won't get bogged down in that debate; there are enough objective people here to figure out what the truth is, just the truth and nothing else. 😉

If you just take a quick look at those controversial posts from tennis ball and Innocent, it’s pretty obvious that the insult from the ball-related one was just implied, whereas the innocent explicit one was straight-up blatant.

Now, I know some people want to start handing out warnings for jokes over in the chicken coop (ladies, didn't the name of that PDF practically scream that things might get a little messy and feathery in there?), but honestly, that’s not just foolish, it’s pathological. Especially since some of us actually view this as a sport, and sports are noble pursuits, regardless of what anyone thinks. Not everyone grew up on Bambi; some of us don't mind a little venison now and then. Let them eat.

Based on all that, I think warning and banning Innocent was way more unnecessary than it needed to be (especially considering the young lady stood her ground against those multi-pronged verbal attacks in the middle of that hostile chicken coop 😁), just like how banning anyone on that intentionally ridiculous PDF is a bad move.

My humble opinion? We're all our own harshest critics anyway, so institutionalized punishment doesn't make much sense under the stars, except maybe when dealing with truly disturbed individuals.

Honestly, I'm looking forward to seeing different subforums clashing again; it brings people together and keeps the conversation moving. I just hope next time there are even more people with opposing views, the language gets a bit rougher, and the warnings stay non-existent.

In my opinion, she’s actually one of the better moderators we have, though I know I'm biased—not like it's my call to make anyway.
She might act a bit cocky sometimes, but hey, that's part of her charm. Personally, I'd much rather deal with actual humans than some programmed robots.

Exactly. People were getting dragged in a negative light across several subforums: Fashion, Movies, Music, Weddings, Pregnancy, Parenting, Men's Corner, Cars... even the girls over in the Women's Corner were being called ugly more than a few times. And then there was other stuff too. 😍

If you love her so much, just take her home and leave the moderation to someone actually sane. It seems like there isn't a single subforum without some moderator terrorizing the users. Instead of cutting down on moderators who clearly don't belong here, we're stuck with this mess where nobody knows what's going on. I have been reading through several threads regarding this controversial subject, and I find myself siding with Till.
While what lollatutu and others have argued within the cosmetics and fashion section—and indeed across various other subforums—might seem somewhat exaggerated at times, there is an underlying grain of truth to it. The reality is that the truth often stings because it can be quite brutal; furthermore, we frequently see certain self-important individuals package that very truth as a personal insult, only to recoil in indignation when they are met with pushback.😉
These kinds of discussions serve as a profound opportunity for much-needed self-reflection...

Tilla is an excellent moderator, and alongside unknown, she isn't biased..

I have to wonder if you ladies actually know the difference between harmless banter and straight-up insults using slurs..

Take, for instance, the girls who mentioned they post in Cosmetics or Fashion; looking back, there wasn't a single insult directed at them—aside from that bit about tennis balls—certainly nothing abusive coming from the regular users here:
