Since I haven't seen a single response or reaction from the mods after 24 hours, I’m assuming they’re basically fine with the insults and the smear campaigns being used for trolling and spamming.

The insults, the trolling, the baiting, and the endless spamming just keeps going... and still zero response from the mods.

We're tightening things up starting now. I already put out a warning about this in the official memo, but it wouldn't be fair to go back and punish people retroactively.

Offering this kind of "forgiveness" after insults is thrown around just invites more of the same from other users—people whose intentions are already crystal clear.

After the moderator has issued warning after warning after warning about how people should behave here, failing to actually sanction a reported user shows a total disregard for the rules. Whether those rules were even properly established in the first place is anyone's guess, but clearly, they aren't being enforced.

If you actually wanted to explain what you meant or show some proof, you would, but you won't. To me, that's just a way to trigger pointless arguments, troll, derail topics, and pick fights.

Honestly, if we strictly enforced every rule, half the posts on this site would be deleted! But there is a massive difference between posting and debating—even heatedly—using logic and counter-arguments, and what you do: throwing out total gibberish as your own, only for it to turn out to be copied text from somewhere else. Using other people's thoughts, comments, and words isn't a debate; it's just a way to provoke more fighting.

There are people on NRZ who are so frustrating that you could insult them and it wouldn't even feel mean, but they don't get insulted—people just chat and joke with them, and nobody holds a grudge. You're the only one who gets worked up whenever Larry Sanchez30 tries to hold you accountable; you just start playing the victim. It was said to you once before: if you want to debate, even if you're wrong, then go for it—but actually debate. If you think pasting other people's work and calling it your own counts as a discussion, then go start a blog and talk to yourself. Blogs are for that.

I agree with everything that’s been said here, but I want to pull out the one part that really hits the nail on the head. Basically, our "victim" here is someone who clearly can't string a coherent sentence together on his own, so he just resorts to stealing everyone else's work. To be honest, I don't even care that most of these stolen texts are incredibly stupid; what bothers me is the blatant theft. On top of that, besides the constant stealing of these (mostly moronic) texts, there's a systematic pattern of lying, which is probably just a tactic to cover up the fact that he's ripping off other people's ideas. And of course, the second anyone tries to correct him on these stolen pieces of junk, our dear victim starts frantically clicking the report button.

As for the moderation on that forum, it's actually quite good—honestly, it couldn't be any better given the caliber of people whining on there. I've been penalized by both moderators myself before, but it never once crossed my mind to go running to them claiming they were wrong or asking for protection from being insulted by our "victim's" collection of stolen stupidity.
